Participants are thoroughly exposed to various instructive &
training methodologies throughout the programme. Almost 1/3 of
the course duration is spent in the lecture room for
theoretical deliberation, group discussion and round tables.
This practice usually takes place at EICA premises in Cairo.
While the remaining duration emphasizes the aspects of learning
methodology whereby, participants visit laboratories for
demonstration work, in addition to field trips and study
The courses last for 11 weeks and the training activities are conducted daily (except for Fridays) from 9.00 to 12.00, and
from 13.30 to 16.30 hrs.
FRIDAY IS THE OFFICIAL DAY OF REST. ON SATURDAYS THE DELEGATES WILL ENJOY A PROGRAMME OF TOURISTIC VISITS ORGANIZED BY THE CENTRE.
Participants should be:
Nominated by their own Governments.
Holders of a University degree or equivalent diploma.
Having work experience in the field
for a minimum of three years.
Committed to continue work in the same field after the
termination of the course.
Having a good
command of spoken and written English and/or French and/or
Healthy enough to participate actively in the course. Yet,
an HIV test is conducted at EICA upon arrival into Egypt and
positive cases are deported immediately.
Regular Training Programs
